AHBL is Australia’s newest rewards club that partners with various businesses to deliver high end quality goods or services, great customer service and surveys to review the businesses they attend. The results of the survey’s will allow us and other members know the quality, service and professionalism of that business. You the individual becomes the reviewer and provides organic, honest reviews.
Our mission is to provide exclusive discounts where our customers can save thousands and have a chance to win our exclusive prizes. This is just the beginning of what is to come

  • AHBL membership is the best way to access our member offerings with our aligned partner’s. We have a monthly subscription that provides access to AHBL’s Member Portal and helps our members have more savings. They also receive accumulating entries per month into every AHBL promotion, including but not limited to, one-day promotions. We have three monthly recurring membership packages which you can cancel at any time:
  • Bronze – $19.99 per month
    Silver – $49.99 per month
    Gold – $99.99 per month

The best way to access discounts and be kept up to date is purchasing a package. You will be added onto our mailing list and receive login details to your AHBL Members Portal. Within the members portal, you can access our exclusive discounts from our official partners, update your information if needed and view any upcoming offers and promotions.

If one of our AHBL members decides they want to upgrade their membership to a different monthly tier, it would come into effect on the next billing cycle.
Once it comes into effect you will receive the amount of entries and access associated with that membership tier. If we commence a new promotion, you will receive entries associated with your updated membership.
If a member were to downgrade their membership, it would come into effect on the next billing cycle.  If we commence a new promotion, you will receive the entries associated with your updated membership. 

How the system generates entries are based on a couple of factors:
1. The months our member has been active with us

  1. The highest tier that you are on, at the time of generating the entries

If for example you were on our Silver package for four months, that equates to sixteen entries. If you were then to drop down to a Bronze package in the fifth month, the generated entries for a promotion would be five entries (One Entry x Five Months).
Now if you were to upgrade back to Silver package in the sixth month (from Bronze package in the fifth month) and entries are generates, you would then receive twenty-one entries [(Four Entries x Five Months) + (One Entry x One Month)]

The longer you stay a loyal member of AHBL, the more entries you accumulate over time. Entries accumulate on a monthly basis of which you are a member of either Bronze, Silver or Gold Package.

Login > Click Profile > Click Membership > Then you should be able to access your payment information.

Access your web portal:

Login > Click Profile > Click Membership > Scroll down to your existing plan that you are currently on > Select your Billing Details – this should then redirect you to the Stripe Account screen where you can add or amend the new payment method. Please be sure to set the new account or card to the default payment method.

Best way to know you are a part of AHBL’s promotions is to login to our website and check your entries. You should also receive your entries to your email inbox so please check your junk mail or promotions folders.

You do not have to be a loyalty member to enter into our prize giveaways. We do offer one off payments for specific prize giveaways. However, if you are a loyalty member of AHBL you would be in every promotional draw that we do (whilst your membership is active).
Be sure to keep an eye our on your emails if you have purchased a loyalty membership for our exclusive VIP offers for our promotions.

AHBL’s loyalty membership is unique and exciting. If you were to be a Bronze member, you receive 1 entry valid for that month. For every month that you are a loyalty member, they would accumulate i.e. six months as a Bronze member = six entries
If AHBL was to generate entries for a giveaway or giveaways in the six months you have been a member, you will receive six entries for all of those giveaway draws.

After you purchase a loyalty membership, you will receive a welcome email which includes your login information for the AHBL Members portal. You will be able to see your entries as well as receive them in your email. If they do not come to your inbox, please check your junk mail or promotions tab.
If you purchase a one off entry, you will receive an email detailing the amount of entries into the prize giveaway.

When you sign up to AHBL, you will provide us with your contact details and information. This information will be used to contact you and if you are a lucky AHBL prize giveaway winner, you will be notified within 24-48 hours of the promotion draw time.
Major prize winners will be contacted immediately via mobile phone and it will be put on a live stream.

If someone messages or reaches out to you via social media saying you have won a prize and to register by clicking a link, that would be a scammer so please block and report them.

AHBL will be using a digital draw system. Your name would go into the draw and be multiplied by the amount of entries associated with that promotion purchase or accumulated loyalty points based on your member tier and the months having been a member.
Our draws will be streamed live via Facebook so you can watch any of our recent draws on our page.

We will not contact you directly via a social media platform or add you as a friend.
If you are a winner of our prize giveaway, we will call your mobile directly that you provided at your registration.
If you are being contacted by pages or profiles that are like ours, they are scammers so please block and report them to the relevant social media department.

Currently, if you are in the state of QLD, VIC, NT, TAS you are able to win.
Eventually we will expand our prize giveaways into WA, NSW, ACT and SA.

Yes, in order to participate in the prize giveaways you must be over 18.

If you are under 18, you are welcome to join and utilise the discounts provided to the various businesses we partner with.

Yes, every six months you will be able to claim five free entries and put them towards a promotion of your choosing. If you miss out on claiming this, you will have to wait until the next period to claim the free entries.

As an example, if at six months you claim five free entries into a promotion of your choosing, at twelve months you can look to claim ten entries into a promotion of your choosing.

This would also take into consideration eighteen, twenty-four, thirty, thirty-six months and so on. 

To claim these you simply need to email support@ahbl.com.au with proof of the milestone you are claiming. You can also let us know which promotion you would like to allocate your free entries to.

You will receive the survey fourteen days after you have finalised your purchase with that business whether in person or online.
The survey will be valid for seven days from the day you receive it. Please be sure to check your junk mail or promotional folder for the survey.
After 11:59pm on the twenty-first day, the survey will be inaccessible.

The surveys are not compulsory and you have the choice of whether to complete them or not. You also receive a survey for each business you use your discount codes or coupons at and you can get the survey from the same business more than once.
The purpose of this survey enables the business to understand your experience and the rating you have given. This will exemplify those businesses who are providing exceptional products, service and professionalism and assist those that aren’t. We want our partnering businesses to continuously improve for our members.
The survey results will also determine where the businesses are ranked on our website.
The businesses that receive the highest ratings by our members will be at the top of our search engine for their specific category in your area. 
Ultimately you are the critic and each survey is important for that business and their success.

Our helpful team will contact you within twenty-four to forty-eight hours with a link enabling you to cancel your AHBL loyalty membership.
